3 Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Create a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication on your Account for enhanced security.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or individuals claiming to represent vip805.
• Immediately notify vip805 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new Users only (first deposit). Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of bonuses and permanent Account closure.

6 Betting Rules and Game-Specific Terms

All bets placed through vip805 are governed by the specific rules of each game category, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, and lottery products. The following general principles apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying bet details before confirmation. vip805 will not cancel or amend bets after confirmation except in cases of obvious error.
• vip805 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome is already known or publicly available, or where odds were displayed incorrectly due to technical error.
• For sports betting, official results as determined by the governing sports body are final. Settlement is based on official results, not on subsequent amendments or appeals.
• If a sporting event is postponed, rescheduled, or abandoned, bets will be voided unless the event is completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled time.

• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that undergo regular independent testing. Game RTP percentages are published and verified by third-party auditors.
• Live dealer games are subject to dealer decisions and video verification. In case of technical disconnection during live play, the hand/round will be completed according to standard game rules, and results will be visible in your Account history.
• For togel and lottery products, draw results are based on official lottery authority announcements. Draw times and result verification procedures are specified in each lottery game's rules.

7 Prohibited Activities and Account Termination

Upon detection of prohibited activities, vip805 reserves the right to: (a) immediately suspend or terminate your Account; (b) void all pending bets and bonuses; (c) confiscate all funds in your Account; (d) pursue legal action for damages; and (e) report illegal activities to relevant law enforcement authorities. Accounts terminated for fraud or abuse are not eligible for reopening.

8 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
